Checking Recommendations

  • By contacting two of the persons that made the recommendations to check the information;
  • As a benefit, we include this step for the whole Premian recruitment pack also.

 

What will we do?

We check two recommendations or two references from the candidates’ CVs.

Background Screening

Why doing a Background Screening?

  • It helps you hire suitable people that will be happy and productive in your company.
  • Your company will reduce the costs of the Human Resources Department and the commission of recruiting agents, as well as the salary of the employees during the probation time, investments in them, firing costs and other unpredictable taxes.
  • Because it reduces the rate of internal fraud. Companies lose 5% of their revenues annually because of internal fraud.
